QR codes can't embed a PDF directly — they link to a URL. So you need to host the PDF online first.

Step 1: Upload Your PDF

  • Google Drive: Upload → Right-click → Share → "Anyone with link" → Copy link
  • Dropbox: Upload → Share → Copy link (change dl=0 to dl=1 for direct download)
  • Your website: Upload to your server and use the direct URL
